The Wise OWL is a professional team and we can handle every phase of your decluttering, downsizing, and organizing projects.  Packing and unpacking.  We are background checked and vetted.  Interior designers & home stagers.  We partner with estate sale and auction companies; handymen; contractors; haulers when items need to be moved or removed; house cleaners, and full service movers in NWA.

Homes In the
Northwest Arkansas Area:

Initial onsite walk-thru and assessment

  • Up to 60-minute - starting at $40

Organizing sessions:

  • General in-home organizing & home offices

    • Starting at $50/hour (per organizer)

  • Help with packing/unpacking

    • Starting at $55/hour (per organizer) 

  • Garages, attics, sheds, & storage units 

    • Starting at $55/hour (per organizer) 

  • After 5:00 and on weekends add an additional       $5 per hour per organizer   

  • Available M-F, 8-5.  Add $5 per hour for evenings and Saturdays -  when available. Time and a half for Sundays and Holidays - when available. 

4-hour minimum based on distance

Prices increase based upon conditions that may be unsafe and/or unhealthy.

Additional fees apply when shopping for supplies, donating, and disposing of items. 

Homes Outside of Benton & Washington Counties:

Organizing sessions:

  • General in-home organizing & home offices

    • Starting at $60/hour (per organizer) + Travel Expenses depending on distance

  • Help with packing/unpacking

    • Starting at $65/hour (per organizer) + Travel Expenses

  • Garages, attics, sheds, & storage units 

    • Starting at $65/hour (per organizer) + Travel Expenses                                                       

    Available M-F, 8-5.  Add $5 per hour for evenings

    and Saturdays -  when available. Time and a half for        Sundays and Holidays - when available. 

6-hour minimum

Small business organizing starts at $60/hour

Payment is due at the end of each session.

We accept a check made out to Organizing With Lynn, Lynn Reding, cash, or Venmo + fees if added. 

We also use mobile PayPal + fees, Zelle, or Cash App

Invoice provided upon request. 

Advance payment required when paid by a third party.
